These terms cover smallshipyard.com and Small Shipyard Analytics. Small Shipyard is run by Gökhan Özdemir, a sole proprietor based in Türkiye. Each Small Shipyard app will have its own terms, shown in the app or on its store page.

This website

You’re welcome to read and link to this site. The text, the Small Shipyard name and the logo belong to Small Shipyard. Don’t use them in a way that suggests Small Shipyard is connected to, or endorses, something it isn’t.

The site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate, but I can’t promise that everything on it is complete or up to date.

Small Shipyard Analytics

Small Shipyard Analytics is the Google sign-in for Small Shipyard’s internal tools for its own YouTube channels and isn’t offered to other users. It uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How it handles data is described in the privacy policy.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Small Shipyard isn’t liable for indirect losses that come from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
